This personalised service provides you with affordable, fixed cost advice and easy to understand information that will suit your individual circumstances.

Office Consultation

Our Registered Australian Migration Agents are available for consultation in 60-minute blocks from 10am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. The first fifteen (15) minutes of your office consultation is FREE of charge.  

Live-Chat Consultation

This service enables you to discuss with one of our Migration Agents any Australian visa issues you have in detail via a webcam. You are required to have Skype installed to your computer for this service.

Phone Consultation

This service enables you to discuss with one of our Migration Agents any Australian visa issues you have in detail via phone. You are required to arrange a schedule to have the type of consultation.

Q&A Ticket Service

Q&A Ticket Service is an online communication channel between our Migration Agents and you, just like email. This service allows you to ask a question about any Australian visa issues you may have via the Member Only Area (Inbox) on our website.

If you like to use this service, you can purchase a subscription to access the Member Only Area (Inbox) for a 10-day or 20-day period.
