Employment Match Service ensures you are prepared to employ the best candidate without unnecessary delay, regardless of the person's passport nationality by helping you become an 'approved business sponsor'. Sponsorships last for three (3) years so your business will be prepared to hire who and when you need to.
 

One of our Migration Agents will be your representative throughout the entire Business Sponsorship Approval process. We will review your documentation, prepare and lodge your Business Sponsorship Application. We also liaise with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) on your behalf.

Employment Match Service for employers includes:

  • Confirming you are able to employ overseas passport holders to fill a position (Business Sponsorship Approval)
  • Confirming you are an employer ready and eligible to sponsor international candidates (Letter from Frank Lanza Migration Services confirming you are an employer ready status)
  • Providing the potential employee with some initial information on the employee requirements for a visa
  • Enabling any potential employee access to Frank Lanza Migration Services to discuss employee visa requirements for their situation (to cover such issues as including family members, health insurance, etc.)

 

Frank Lanza Migration Services will undertake the following responsibilities in providing you with the Employment Match Service.
 

Stage 1: Initial Assessment

The assigned Migration Agent will:

  • Make an Initial Assessment of your business circumstances
  • Examine and assess the information and documentation provided


Stage 2: Detailed Assessment and Document Check

The assigned Migration Agent will:

  • Collect all necessary information and documentation relating to the Business Sponsorship Approval step of the visa application
  • Examine and assess all the information provided
  • Inform you if they believe that the documentation provided is sufficient and of the likelihood of a successful Business Sponsorship Approval application to DIAC, based on the information provided
  • Advise you of any factors that may increase the prospects of a successful Business Sponsorship Approval visa application


Stage 3: Application Preparation and Submission

The assigned Migration Agent will:

  • Review all the material provided by you
  • Prepare the Business Sponsorship Approval visa application and associated documentation
  • Lodge the Business Sponsorship Approval visa application with DIAC


Stage 4: Application Process and the Decision

The assigned Migration Agent will:

  • Closely monitor your Business Sponsorship Approval visa application until a decision on the case is made by DIAC
  • Keep you informed of any communication from DIAC that concerns the progress of the application, and if any further requests for information or documentation are made by DIAC
